List of Captain Thomas Buford's Volunteer Company, raised in Bedford county, Va., who formed part of the army under General Andrew Lewis at the battle with the Indians at Point Reasant, the 10th of October, 1774.

JEREMIAH KENDALL, born 1758, Fauquier Co., Virginia ; died 1843, Fayette Co., Penna. Served in the first call in the Virginia militia, and was wounded at the battle of Brandywine. He married Rhoda Mclntyre. His son William married Rachel Brown. His daughter Elizabeth married George Hesredh.

JOHN KENDALL, born in Virginia. Served as a private in the Continental Line.

PETER KENDALL, of Virginia, served as a private in the Continental Line.

WAPFENDEL KENDALL, born in Virginia. Served as first lieutenant in the Continental Line, Virginia troops.

WILLIAM KENDAL, born in Culpeper Co., Virginia. Served as a private in Continental Line.
